Excravos–Lagos Pipeline System (ELPS) – PS3–PS4

The ELPS PS3–PS4 Gas Pipeline Project marked BRADAMA’s first major Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) pipeline undertaking. Despite limited prior EPC exposure and the complexities of coordinating multiple construction spreads, BRADAMA rose to the challenge and played a pivotal role in ensuring project success.

When performance gaps emerged among some contractors, BRADAMA successfully absorbed additional scopes of work, stabilized execution activities, and maintained

project momentum across multiple fronts.

Through technical expertise, operational discipline, and a commitment to delivery, the team overcame significant challenges and contributed to the successful completion of the project within record time.

This landmark project established BRADAMA as a dependable EPC contractor capable of delivering critical oil and gas infrastructure projects under demanding conditions.
