ELPS II – 45km Corridor Recovery Project

The ELPS II 45km Corridor Project stands as one of BRADAMA’s most significant project recovery achievements. Originally awarded to multiple contractors, the project faced major setbacks due to contractor underperformance, abandoned work segments, and severe schedule disruptions across the corridor.

Compounding the challenge was the presence of over 30 kilometres of hard rock formations, which significantly impacted excavation and construction activities.

Recognizing the critical need to restore momentum, BRADAMA was entrusted with taking over the entire corridor and delivering the outstanding scope of work.

Through strategic planning, resource mobilization, and a complete reorganization of the execution approach, BRADAMA successfully revived the project, coordinated activities across the corridor, and accelerated construction progress.
